Machine production

A custom-made equipment is a long-term investment so it must stand the test of time both from quality and from value side.
In order to achieve this it is primarily necessary that the designer can see the entire production process of the final product from the beginning. Besides, we must pay attention for the pitfalls of each work phase.
In our company we have a permanent project team for each project. Based on our decades of experience we work closely together with our customers from the start of the project in order to eliminate the possible failures. With this strategy we can prevent the future inconveniences.
We believe we can build up the dreams of our customers based on our creativity and experience.

6 steps of Machine production

01. On-site survey

Mapping the conditions of operation and use, as well as local needs, is the first step in preparing the appropriate price offer. The survey is always carried out by our colleague who has the biggest experience in the given field, who controls the execution from the production until the delivery of the finished part.

02. Development of a concept

There are cases where the customer requires to remanufacture one shaft, but we will also indicate if there is a more efficient and better solution than the current exisiting one. The concept which is developed together and accepted by the customer will be priced.

03. Quotation

We will send a detailed quotation within a short period of time. We have no subsequent or hidden costs, and we also make it clear what the offer does not cover.

04. Purchase order

Thanks to our management systems we can manage the lifecycle process from the raw material purchasing until the acceptance.

05. Production

Our production is based on the specifications which were accepted during the quotation procedure with special attention to keep the deadlines.

06. Warranty

We provide 1 year warranty for the parts we manufacture and we also ensure the continuous supply of the spare parts. We fix any possible malfunction during the warranty period without any complication.
